Starting from the end of the 1990s, G-SHOCK and BABY-G have been issuing special models in collaboration with and in support of various different environmental organizations. Now in 2019, we are pleased to announce our support for the activities of WILDLIFE PROMISING, an Authorized Nonprofit Corporation (NPO) that works towards coexistence between wildlife and humans in Africa.

The base model is the GWG-1000 from MUDMASTER, the watch whose dirt and dust resistant structure makes it suitable for use in some of the most extreme environments on earth, the GWG-1000WLP-1A was inspired by the wild leopard, which lives in eastern Africa and is one of the species of interest for WILDLIFE PROMISING. 

The bands are decorated with an African leopard pattern, with a gold ion-plated (IP) finish band ring, buckle, back cover, and buttons. The band ring is also engraved with the wording "WILDLIFE PROMISING", and the back cover is emblemed with a “Love The Sea And The Earth” mark. The watch comes with a special packaging box with an African leopard pattern.
